White Chocolate Truffles

- 6 oz White Chocolate, chopped into 1/2” pieces
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Kirsch, Framboise, or other liqueur
Melt chocolate, cream and butter together over double boiler, stir until smooth
Add liqueur, continue to stir off the heat
Chill until firm
Scoop balls and roll in toasted coconut or chopped nuts
