For those who don’t know what K-pop is, it is the mega-sensation that is Korean Pop music. From social media to YouTube, there is no escaping K-pop and its many influences.
The main protagonist, Big, is apropos for a pop music star, and I loved the character. He was multi-faceted and well-developed. Kelly, the female protagonist, is real. I could relate to her because she’s hardworking, generous, and genuine.
The sparks ignite, but when tragedy strikes, Big is forced to make a difficult decision—one which will impact both of their lives forever.
I don’t want to give away too much regarding the plot, but I will say, buckle up, it’s going to be a bumpy ride. The story is well devised, and I was on pins and needles waiting to see if the two would get their happy ending.
