Summary

Mafiosa Princess-Faith takes us into a world filled with good and evil and the Mafia molding most of the characters into their ways. The plot’s depth kept my interest throughout, and I couldn’t wait to see what would happen next.

4.5-STAR REVIEW: MAFIOSA PRINCESS—FAITH by Liza Malloy

The Description

Mafiosa Princess Series: Book 7
Publication Date: March 12, 2024

When you’ve hit rock bottom, sometimes all that remains is faith.

Luca would sacrifice anything to save Giada. But when his worst nightmare nearly comes true, Luca realizes he can’t always save the woman he loves.

As Giada fights to survive, Luca’s relief is short-lived. He struggles to find purpose in a world where Giada doesn’t remember him—let alone love him. Giada finds herself navigating an unfamiliar, terrifying reality where she’s torn between trusting her heart and her mind.

As Luca struggles to rebuild the life they’d both enjoyed, Giada battles the gaps in her own memory. And when the pair realizes some unknown foe is still after Giada, Luca must have faith that Giada will someday again trust him with her life.

Mafiosa Princess-Faith is the 7th book in this steamy mafia romance series. These books are best enjoyed in order.

The Review

Mafiosa Princess-Faith by Liza Malloy drew me in from the beginning, and it’s like I never left. We pick up where we left off, and Giada and Luca are front and center. Their love, anger, and over-the-top dealings with each other made this a story of love, romance, and longing.

Giada’s memory loss has everyone on edge, but no one more so than Luca. Adrian is very involved in this story, too, but has his own love interest, and it’s not Giada. He and Luca still don’t get along, but for Giada’s sake they tolerate each other. There are multiple storylines, a few new characters, and a lot of angst, reminiscing, business dealings, and frustrations. Underscoring it all is Luca’s love for Giada, which never wavers. But will she remember and heal Luca’s heart?

There is a good flow to the story delivered from either Giada, Luca, or Adrian’s point of view. I liked that neither Giada nor Luca’s families are prominently portrayed in this book. There are some unexpected twists and turns, along with a surprising ending, that have good and bad ramifications. I suspected some evil on a minor character’s part but didn’t foresee the ending quite how it turned out. I wished the story went on a little longer and didn’t end quite so abruptly. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
