Those rambunctious Mackenzie brothers continue to look for their grandfather’s treasure. Meanwhile, the story expands to include their new teacher, Tilda. Readers will re-discover many of the characters introduced in the first book. This time, the stage is set for a sweet romance between Hilda and rancher Josh Hart. However, danger comes their way in disguise.
It’s interesting how the characters tend to think of the treasure as gold or at least something tangible. They fail to realize that treasure can also mean love.
