Two broken people find an unexpected attraction amid suspenseful events in a new small-town series.

Author Lynn H. Blackburn introduces readers to the residents of Gossamer Falls, a place where the concept of family embraces everyone regardless of blood relations. Never Fall Again includes all the charm of a small town but also highlights the presence of danger.

Both Cal Shaw and Landry Hutton have plenty of baggage from the past. While they might not want to admit it, there is solid chemistry between the two. Landry gives off a damsel-in-distress aura that Cal responds to, even as they both try to stay in the friend zone.

The development of the secondary characters gets high marks, along with the family feud. Landry’s young daughter, Eliza, and Cal’s dog, Maisy, steal the show with their antics.

However, when an arsonist destroys her pottery shop, Landry’s sense of security is threatened. As the suspense mounts, so does Cal’s protective instinct.

Never Fall Again offers an engaging storyline of sweet romance and suspense, leaving readers eager to pack their bags for Gossamer Falls.
