In less than 100 pages, author Marta Spirk shares five steps as part of her ultimate roadmap for business success.
The Empowered Woman seeks to guide women to see how unique and incredible they are. As the mother of triplets and a coach for women entrepreneurs, the author puts forth this information to help others fully live their lives.
The basis for her guidance is a personality framework called the Enneagram, which is much like other personality tests available online. After readers have taken the free assessment, the author discusses the various personality types and explores the strengths and weaknesses of each.
From there, the five steps serve as touch points along the journey to enlightenment. While there’s really not any new information presented, the author has a well-organized approach. This guide would be helpful for women who are new to the self-discovery process.
The Empowered Woman provides insight regarding the steps to take in order to be successful in business by using an easy-to-follow framework.
Born and raised in Brazil to an entrepreneur dad and a pastor mom, Marta Spirk demonstrated an interest for the English language and American culture very early on and began teaching English at fourteen.
She went on to get bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English, became a certified court interpreter, and married an American she met at a church conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
After the surprise and blessing of triplets in 2016, Marta found a passion for encouraging and empowering women as she learned to encourage and empower herself through the challenges of adult (and triplet) life.
In 2020, her dream of becoming a US Citizen finally came true, and her coaching business grew exponentially. She now serves thousands of entrepreneurs, helping them to stop spinning their wheels by trying random personal development resources and finally learn to boost confidence and grow their business by looking at their most valuable resource: themselves!
